Sports Endeavors, Inc. is America’s premier sources for high quality soccer, lacrosse and rugby equipment.
Our SPG (Sports Promotions Group) is looking for a Manager to oversee all avenues leading to customer growth. This includes but is not limited to new buyer acquisition, event attendance, database growth, in particular active requestors, and on-site sales opportunities. This role will also assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with our present and future strategic partners. This position will work across departments, in particular with on-line, creative, Hispanic, purchasing, and database marketing departments to make sure corporate objectives and campaigns are being properly executed by SPG group. This will include tracking and analyzing efforts as they relate to outcomes and cost effectiveness, provide finalized reports as directed.
This role will also manage all aspects of the SPG internship program.

Duties: |
-Manage full-time Grassroots reps
-Oversee all SEI events execution and key relationships (SPG schedules, SEI Events, NSCAA, US Youth Soccer, Major League Lacrosse, receptions, special events, etc)
-Assist with execution of corporate programs through the SPG channels within the SEI network
-Manage on-site retail sales (i.e. Regionals & Nationals, NSCAA Convention)
-Active requestor and new buyers generation for SEI channels
-Assist in team lead generation and evaluation protocol
-Ongoing staff development and training
-Manage internship program
-Analytics of name generation / events / key relationships
-Strategic execution of campaigns (Regional & National)
-Responsible for managing promotions budget

Qualifications: |
-3+ years managing staff and experience in the following: sport promotion, marketing, event planning, or related fields is required
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Analytical skills – able to quantitatively evaluate campaigns, recommend changes and improvements
-Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
-Capable of building strong relationships with customers
-Knowledge of Soccer, Lacrosse, and Rugby
-Must be able to travel 30-35% including some weekends and holidays
-College degree in marketing or related field required
