Description: |
Using established training curriculum, responsible for delivering training programs for new and current Sales Agents and Team Leaders on new products/services, selling skills, system changes and/or new business initiatives in a classroom setting using a variety of teaching methods and media resources.
During training sessions provides developmental feedback to class participants to ensure understanding of training material and knowledge/skill application. Maintains training records and assesses training needs and contributes to the implementation of training strategy for call center and other corporate audiences.

• Familiarity with a variety of office equipment, standard software packages and application and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress and problems to co-workers and management.
• Working knowledge of satellite television and experience working in call centers. Broad understanding of DIRECTV products and services and environment.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time to attend work related meetings and training sessions.
• Able to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications: |
• Education and/or formal training/Work Related experience
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 1 yr Call Center experience
• Minimum of 1 yr Training/Classroom instruction experience
