Description: |
Sell Direct Sat TV, Hughsnet Broadband and other services to new or existing customers from inbound prospective residential customers.
Secure sales and prepare documentation of sales orders and monies received from customers, remit to the supervisor on a daily basis at a designated time.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain required contact with supervisor, and attend sales meetings as scheduled.

Duties: |
Sell Direct Sat TV service/upgrade to customers via inbound phone calls.
Work flexible hours, which include weekends and evenings.
Maintain proper appearance and professional attitude at all times to represent the business positively to the community.
Attend department meetings as scheduled.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Must have data entry experience for reviewing customers account.
May be required to meet weekly goals as outlined by supervisor.
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.

Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 months Call Center experience.
Computer literate.
Excellent communications and listening skills for interaction with co-workers; and more importantly, to educate customers with services.
Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, and persistent and have the ability to handle rejection/objection well and adapt to the diversity of customers and co-workers.
