Customer Support Associate (Triad)

Description:

Duties include: Customer service, appropriate triage of incoming calls, referral intake, order processing/review, and obtaining medical documentation. 8 hour shifts will vary anywhere between 8:00am - 8:00pm. Weekend rotation 8:00-5:00.

Qualifications:

Associates degree and/or 2 years health care, financial or insurance customer service, claims, billing or call center experience required.
